Due to growing customer demand, we now offer a comprehensive range of hardware products, complete solutions for air conditioning and refrigeration spare parts, tools and equipment, machinery spare parts, electronic and electrical products, lights and bulbs, plumbing fittings, bathroom and toilet accessories, power and marine machinery, boat accessories, Malaysian timber, and various types of steel.

We are hiring a Logistic Assistant based in Subang Bestari U4, Shah Alam, Selangor. Below is the job description:
  1. Liaise with suppliers for purchasing supplies.
  2. Check and receive supplies to ensure everything is in order and in good condition.
  3. Coordinate with internal departments regarding order and delivery progress to clients.
  4. Prepare invoices, Delivery Orders (DO), and packing lists.
  5. Coordinate with forwarding agents, courier services, or transporters for domestic and overseas delivery and pickup of cargoes.
  6. Send export documents to clients via email.
  7. Perform any tasks assigned by superiors to complete job responsibilities.
  8. Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking in Bahasa Melayu and English is required.
  9. Must be literate in computer skills, including Excel, Word, Microsoft Office, and Outlook.
  10. Candidates should have at least 1.5 years of experience in Logistics, Sales, or Supply Chain roles.

Range Salary: RM 2,200 - RM 3,000 per month, inclusive of SOCSO and EPF benefits.
