Candidate must possess minimum Diploma/ Certificate, SPM, or equivalent experience.

At least 2 to 3 years’ experience in Logistics environment.

Job Responsibilities

To provide high-level assistance support and work closely in Logistics department.

Performs various clerical and related data entry tasks and manages day to day administrative functions for Logistics Department such as drafting correspondence with MIDA, preparing Certificates of Origins for MICCI.

Maintain work area, files, and documents in an accurate and orderly condition.

Compliance with Occupational Health Legislation and related OH&S responsibilities and procedures developed by the Company.

All Logistics Department procedures & requirements must be strictly followed & adhered too.

To Compile Invoices, Delivery Notes & Quotations and raise Purchase Order to finance for Payment.

To issue Delivery Orders /Packing Lists & Invoices for out-going shipments / deliveries.

To perform a variety of job-related duties as assigned by your HOD from time to time.
