About the role

Join the dynamic team at OKA Concrete Industries Sdn Bhd as a full-time Logistic Clerk in our Ipoh, Perak location. This role is crucial in supporting the efficient operation of our storage and distribution activities within the manufacturing, transport and logistics industry.

What you'll be doing

Coordinate and monitor the movement of goods, materials and supplies to ensure timely delivery and accurate stock management

Coordinate stock level with marketing and production department

Liaise with factory production and external logistics providers to resolve any delivery

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all logistical activities and provide regular reporting

Support the sales team and work closely with retail customers

Assist with customer needs and complaints are addressed promptly

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a logistics or warehousing role and able to work immediate is added advantage

Strong organization and time management skills with attention to detail

Proficient in using logistics and inventory management software

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to achieve departmental goals

Familiarity with manufacturing, transport and logistics industry practices and regulations
