Celestica seeks a Logistics Analyst to ensure compliance and support export operations within government regulations. The role involves resolving process issues, evaluating supply chain processes, and providing data for cost analysis. Ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of traffic rules and a solid background in electronics manufacturing, coupled with effective communication skills in both written and verbal contexts.

Ensures compliance and provides import / export administration and control within government rules and regulations.
Provides user support for export system including problem resolution, customs queries, user issues and recommends/supports systems changes.
Participates in the evaluation, development, implementation, and continuous improvement of specific SCM business processes including cost savings and cycle time reduction.
Provides ongoing support in resolving process/execution issues with both internal and external customers.
Responds to requests for support/service and develop processes to meet customer demands and ensure satisfaction.
Provides necessary data for bid activity on import/ export and transportation related costs.
Monitors activities of the team against defined objectives, reports on achievements and proposes ways in which performance can be improved.
Maintains applicable system tables in support of related activity.
Job Requirements:
Good knowledge of electronics manufacturing environment, material and processes.
Strong understanding and interpretation of traffic and customs rules and regulation.
Knowledge of basic computer applications such as WORD, Excel, PowerPoint and multiple business applications.
Ability to identify and resolve complex process/system problems using financial, analytical, and/or statistical models.
Good understanding of internal and external customer requirements.
Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy and working under tight time deadlines.
Ability to evaluate, prioritize and problem solve a variety of tasks to ensure their timely and accurate completion.
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with a wide variety of internal and external customers.
Minimum 3 years working experience in the same fields
