OCBC in Malaysia is hiring a Mortgage Product Specialist to shape the future of home financing. You will develop innovative mortgage products that meet evolving customer needs and drive growth in the mortgage business.

You will work with cross-functional teams to design, launch new products, and monitor performance, ensuring regulatory compliance and a customer-centric approach in a fast-changing market.

Competenze

• A degree in a relevant field, such as finance, economics, or business.
• At least 3 years of experience in product development, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Customer-centric approach with delivering innovative solutions that meet customer needs.
