Job Description

  1. What is the Opportunity?

    You will provide support to all participants in the day-to-day administration of an assigned group of Single Names and their related credit facilities, loan drawings, and fee and interest schedules. The competence with which you will carry out your duties will have a major impact on the credibility of the department, both within and outside the Bank.

    You must display a clear understanding of the administrative aspects of each assigned deal to resolve various requests for interpretation and action that arise daily. You will receive 4-6 weeks of training.

  3. Working Hours: 4pm-1am / 3pm-12am

  4. What will you do?

    • Set up facilities, fee schedules, and loans
    • Process transactions upon requests from assigned Borrowers or their agents for advances, rollovers, conversions, or repayments; ensure notice and limit requirements are met, rates are set, and payments are made in accordance with the relevant Credit Agreement and Electronic Transaction Request
    • Process interest and fee transactions in loan systems as required by the Credit Agreement
    • Input or verify information in payment systems
    • Assist with the daily reconciliation of internal accounts by following up for missing entries
    • Act as a backup to other Analysts on the team
  5. What do you need to succeed?

    Must Have:

    • University degree or College Diploma or equivalent qualifications and/or experience
    • Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook
    • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
    • Ability to prioritize, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
    • Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, able to identify issues and suggest solutions
    • Effective communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
    • Quick learner capable of handling high volume
    • Comfortable with ambiguity to determine requested tasks
  6. Nice to Have:

    • Experience in Loans/Credit
