Job summary

A leading automotive organization in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Processing Executive to handle car loan applications and coordinate with the sales team for seamless processing. Candidates should have a minimum diploma or degree in a related field and 2–3 years of experience in automotive loan processing. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is essential, with additional advantages for Mandarin or Cantonese speakers.

Responsibilities:

• Handle and submit new car loan applications to banks/financial institutions.
• Ensure all required documents are complete and accurate.
• Follow up with bankers on loan approval status and disbursement.
• Coordinate with Sales Team to ensure smooth loan processing for customers.
• Maintain proper filing and records of loan applications and disbursement documents.
• Liaise with customers when necessary for additional documents or clarifications.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 2–3 years of working experience in automotive loan / hire purchase / credit processing.
• Good understanding of banking procedures, loan documentation, and disbursement process.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively with bankers, sales team, and customers.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in both Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin/Cantonese proficiency is an added advantage.
