Job summary

OCBC Group is seeking a Credit Administration professional to ensure timely processing of loan documentation and strict adherence to policies. You will work with solicitors to prepare security documents and coordinate disbursement of facilities.

You should have at least 1 year of credit-related experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and a detail-oriented mindset. The role offers a competitive base salary and a supportive, growth-minded environment in Malaysia.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year credit-related experience, especially in loan documentation.
  • Knowledge/experience in processing of documentation and releasing of EmB / Commercial / Corporate loans.
  • Degree in banking, management, accounting, law and/or related discipline.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Performance and quality driven.

Responsibilities

  • Perform credit administration duties, processing of legal documentation and ensure timely completion of loan documentation until the disbursement of the facilities.
  • Liaising with solicitors for the preparation and completion of the required security documentation.
  • Ensure disbursement of the facilities to be in line with Bank's Policies and Regulatory Requirements, within the time frame set and ensuring that all Conditions Precedent are met prior to disbursement.
  • Perform general administration functions including credit support duties, preparation of reports, budgets, project plans and other related matters.

Credit Administration

What you do
