Job summary

OCBC is seeking an Account Services Officer in Malaysia to be the first point of contact for customers, helping them manage their finances and achieve their goals. You will build relationships, resolve issues, and provide personalized solutions in a fast-paced environment.

You will respond to inquiries, handle complex account issues, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery while offering product information and recommendations.

Qualifications

  • A degree or diploma in a relevant field such as business or finance.
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service or account management.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and banking systems.
