JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Prepare loan documents, ensuring compliance with all approved terms and conditions.
- Perform loan disbursements and ensure accuracy of data in the loan system.
- Ensure all loan documents are duly executed, witnessed, and in order.
- Attend and liaise with loan borrowers/guarantors on related matters.
- Assist in stamping/signing legal documents and processing loan disbursements.
- Promote the company’s loan products and services.
- Perform data entry for all loan applications, ensuring accuracy in the respective loan systems.
- Assist in credit and loan processing.
- Gather required documents for loan applications and perform assessments on allocated files.
- Prepare applications, including filling out application forms and relevant documents.
- Provide excellent communication and service to customers.
- Attend to customer inquiries and follow up accordingly.
- Conduct applicant interviews and update details in the system.
- Explain the loan process, instalment amounts, interest rates, and costs to applicants.
- Responsible for data entry and credit analysis of customer applications.
- Assist with incoming and outgoing calls related to loan applications.
- Adhere to performance standards regarding turnaround time and accuracy.
- Deliver quality service in line with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in preparing manual computations of loan installments and schedules.
- Manage and organize credit documentation securely.
- Maintain a proper filing system to ensure confidentiality.
- Assist in preparing and checking loan documentation for disbursement.
- Provide daily administrative support for smooth office operations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma or higher in any field; fresh graduates are welcome; 1-2 years of relevant experience is advantageous.
- Experience in credit operations, loan documentation, and disbursement is a plus.
- Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask, stay motivated, and maintain a positive attitude.
- Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willing to take on challenges and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Result-oriented and capable of working under pressure.
- Immediate availability or short notice period is preferred.
- Own transport is required.
