The opportunity

We are looking for a Loan Consultant Team Lead to join our team to help grow our microfinancing operations and foster strong relationships with our partners. Since launching our microfinancing solutions by helping hardworking adults to achieve their dreams or address emergency needs, we’ve empowered more than 210K individuals and businesses with affordable lending options, contributing to our success in earning 5,000 5-star Google reviews. As we expand, we need a driven leader who can help us scale and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.

We’re looking for someone who has experience in managing a 5-person team, is results-driven, and has a proven track record of leading the team in driving growth. No finance experience is required to apply.

What will you be doing?

  • Team Management: Lead, manage and mentor loan consultants, ensuring high performance and a positive team culture
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Develop and monitor key performance indicators for each team member, providing regular feedback, coaching, and support so that the team can achieve the set KPI. Report to Management on a consistent basis and suggest areas of improvement
  • Process Improvement: Continuously identify challenges and opportunities, and find ways to improve the company business operation that will help the team to achieve the KPI
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to optimize processes and drive continuous improvement in the operations
  • Cross-Functional Team Collaboration: Work closely with products, loan consultants, credits, and marketing to align microfinancing efforts with overall company strategies

Are you the one?

  • Have experience in customer service, telemarketing, or related fields, with at least 1 year in a team management role
  • Proven track record of driving team performance, achieving targets, and improving operational efficiency
  • Result-oriented, strong business acumen, and data-driven decision-making abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing business needs
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a willingness to challenge conventional approaches
  • Experience in digital lending platforms or fintech-related environments will be an added advantage
