Job Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Coordination: Define project scopes, timelines, and resources for livestream events.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the main contact among teams, ensuring alignment across creative, technical, marketing, and executive stakeholders.
• Workflow Optimization: Develop and improve workflows, SOPs, and tools for livestream production.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks, develop contingency plans for technical failures.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Tool Management: Use project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello, Monday.com) to track tasks.
• Post-Mortem Analysis: Conduct reviews to capture lessons learned and improve future projects.
