Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with inquiries via live chat and email regarding crypto remote jobs operations.
• Handle crypto jobs list related to deposits, withdrawals, transactions, and refunds for both fiat and digital assets.
• Investigate and resolve high-risk transactions, payment escalations, verification issues, and payment failures.
• Support and manage fiat transactions, card services, and related crypto jobs concerns.
• Verify deposit videos with a high sense of risk awareness to ensure transaction security.
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve escalated issues efficiently, ensuring seamless bitcoin jobs remote operations.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service, preferably within the finance, crypto, or payments industry.
