Job description

Pre-Live Preparation Support: Assist the host with pre-broadcast preparations, including live script planning, product information verification, and streamlining the live show structure to ensure clear and engaging content delivery.

Real-Time Monitoring: Oversee the live streaming process in real time to ensure content quality, smooth operations, and optimal user experience.

Customer Inquiry Management: Collect and analyze customer inquiries during live sessions to identify common questions and continuously refine customer service scripts and workflows for greater efficiency and satisfaction.

Post-Live Review & Compliance Guidance: Conduct comprehensive reviews after each live session, provide timely feedback to the host for improvement, and ensure compliance with platform regulations and company policies.
