Job summary

Vision Venture Malaysia Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Live Streaming Assistant (Video) to evaluate videos for quality and brand alignment, and to plan briefs with deadlines for shoots.

You will edit with CapCut and Canva, apply TikTok trends, and analyze performance metrics to improve reach. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is preferred, and you may work weekends on a rotational basis.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of relevant experience in E-Commerce/TikTok/Shopee live stream operations is a plus.
• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Marketing/Business Communication/Media & Broadcasting or related field required.

• Evaluate videos from the Live Streaming Assistant - Review content for quality, engagement potential, and alignment with brand requirements
• Assign video shooting tasks to the Live Streaming Assistant - Provide clear briefs, deadlines, and expectations for upcoming video shoots
• Plan video direction & creative strategy - Develop concepts, shot lists, storyboards, and overall creative direction for video content

The position involves evaluating videos for quality, engagement potential, and brand alignment, assigning video shooting tasks with clear briefs and deadlines, planning video direction and creative strategy through concepts and storyboards, analyzing video performance based on analytics and audience behavior, and applying video editing skills with TikTok trends and best practices to enhance content reach.

Key responsibilities

• Assign video shooting tasks to the Live Streaming Assistant - Provide clear briefs, deadlines, and expectations for upcoming video shoots

About you

• Minimum one year with relevant experience, having E-Commerce/ TikTok/ Shopee live stream operation working experience would be a plus point
• Minimum education level at least Diploma/ Bachelor Degree from any relevant course such as Marketing/ Business Communication/ Media & Broadcasting
• Proficient editing skills in Capcut and Canva application
• Ability to adapt with a huge volume of video reviewing and analyzing skills
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Having a good knowledge and interest in skincare and beauty products
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Required to support 5 working days & 2 rest days (work schedule might need to support on weekend but on rotational basis)
