Based at the Fella Design HQ in Bukit Subang, Shah Alam, you will collaborate with Marketing and Operations to ensure a polished, brand-consistent livestream experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in live stream hosting or on-camera presentation.
• Strong charisma and highly energetic on-camera presence.
• Excellent verbal communication and audience engagement skills.
• Ability to improvise and respond to live questions confidently.
• Passion for interior design, home styling, and furniture retail.

Responsibilities

• On-Camera Hosting: serve as primary host for live streaming sessions on social platforms.
• Product Demonstration & Selling: showcase furniture and decor with clear features and selling points.
• Audience Engagement: interact with viewers, respond to chat questions, build a loyal online community.
• Sales Conversion & Pacing: promote flash sales and limited-time offers with persuasive CTAs.
• Content Collaboration: work with Marketing and Operations to review run-of-shows and scripts.
• Brand Representation: maintain Ashley’s brand voice—professional, relatable, and inspiring.
