Job summary

Transsion Holdings is seeking a live streaming host for part-time/freelance work in Kuala Lumpur with potential to go full-time based on performance. You will understand smartphones, promote products, answer inquiries, engage customers, and guide them to place orders on Shopee and Tiktok-style platforms.

You’ll participate in script planning, coordinate with show ops, analyze data, and collaborate with video and creative teams. Shifts rotate around campaign dates like 11.11 and 12.12.

Qualifications

• Experienced in Live-Host/Live-Streaming and sales, especially worked with our direct competitors such as Realme, Vivo, Oppo, Huawei, Xiaomi.
• Experience with electronic product sales is an added advantage.
• Able to work rotational shifts, morning/afternoon/night.
• Punctual, and follows live-stream platforms' rules and policies.

Responsibilities

• Understand the product (Smartphones), promote it to customers, reply to customer inquiries, interact with customers, and guide them to place orders.
• Participate in the planning of live broadcast scripts, cooperate with live broadcast operations, and analyze live show data.
• Align with internal teams to create video, live show creative design and any other work required to complete the live show.
• Work at different times, mainly sticking to the e-commerce platform's campaign date and time. Example: 11.11, 12.12
