  • Excellent written and spoken Mandarin, with fast and accurate Chinese typing skills to serve Greater China region customers.
  • Strong customer-first mindset and empathy in communication.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle unexpected situations.
  • Able to work under pressure, with a strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation.
  • Good problem-identification and analytical skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work on a rotational shift schedule.
