Job summary

A leading law firm in Subang Jaya seeks a Litigation Lawyer and General Clerks. The Litigation Lawyer will handle court matters and must have two years of experience in civil and banking litigation. The General Clerks will assist with clerical tasks and have a minimum education of SPM and one year of experience.

Qualifications

• Litigation Lawyer must have two years of experience in a legal firm.
• General Clerks require at least 1 year of experience and SPM/STPM.

Job Description:

Litigation Lawyer
- To handle litigation matters
- Able to attend court matters independently, skilled drafting, preparing caused papers
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Motivated, committed and driven in nature;

General Clerks
- General clerical duties and any other tasks that assigned
by the Firm from time to time.
- Data Entry

Qualifications and Requirements:

Litigation Lawyer
- Not less than two years of working experience as a legal associate in a legal firm
-Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Familiar with civil litigation and banking litigation process and procedures
- Good drafting and research skills;
- Good written and spoken English;
- Good team player;
- Excellent inter-personal skills.

General Clerks
- At least SPM / STPM or equivalent;
- General clerks required with minimum 1 year of working
experience (regardless of the field)
- Hardworking, responsible and committed to work
