Litigation Lawyer

1) Attending litigation matters including contentious and non-contentious matters
2) Attending case managements, hearings and trials
3) Preparing and drafting cause papers
4) Handling clients including providing and preparing legal opinion related to litigation matters

Corporate Lawyer

1) Preparing, drafting and reviewing corporate agreements
2) Handling client including providing and preparing legal opinion related to corporate matters
3) Attending corporate retainer clients on corporate matters
4) Conducting due diligence

Qualifications and Requirements:

Litigation Lawyer and Corporate Lawyer

1) Must have at least 3 to 4 years of experience in relevant area of law i.e. Corporate or Litigation
2) Must have good academic background
3) Must have good command in English and Bahasa Melayu, both written and spoken
4) Must be able to work independently and work well as a team
5) Must be dedicated, driven and committed to complete assignments as required, on time
