Litigation Lawyer (Accident/Tortious Claims)

- Experience in litigation work, preferably in insurance-related claims involving personal injury and property damage cases.

- Ability to attend and handle court matters independently, including hearings, e-review, and case management.

- Skilled in drafting and preparing cause papers, legal opinions, and conducting research on related matters.

- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Minimum of 3 years' experience in Insurance Law/Claims, with independent conduct of hearings, especially in third-party property damage and bodily injury claims.

- Good command of English and Malay, both written and spoken, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Negotiation and litigation skills.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Own transport and willingness to travel outstation when necessary.

- Knowledge of the Merimen Online System is an added advantage.
