Job Description:

The litigation lawyer is required to have at least 3 to 4 years of experience in general civil and banking litigation, probate and administration matters. He or she will be responsible to handle tasks assigned, including conducting legal research, preparing motions and conducting hearings. The litigation lawyer must be independent, disciplined, and possesses good interpersonal skills.
