We are currently looking for a high-caliber professional to join the team as Liquidity Management Services, Product Manager - Assistant Vice President (Internal Job Title: Product Management Sr Analyst - C12) based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in development and analysis of strategic product roadmaps, product enhancements and development, product launches and product marketing to maximize benefit from each product. Review surveys and analyze competitive landscapes to identify trends, threats, and opportunities for product managers.
  • Participate in day-to-day product management for core products, including product delivery, client experience and client communication strategies. Help the team prioritize, negotiate and remove obstacles to achieve business results.
  • Execute client value propositions, positioning, segmentation, pricing, targeting, channel strategies, and competitive differentiation to achieve preferred status as a partner to Citi clients.
  • Provide informal guidance or on-the-job training to new team members.
  • Oversee client and competitor market research, develop product innovation roadmap, and assist product managers in addressing trials of product commoditization to create an advanced set of solutions.
  • Contribute to achievement of acquisition targets, product financial performance, revenue performance and expense management, and oversee identification and execution of opportunities within business plans.
  • Implement team procedures, client problem resolution and client management.
  • Assess risk in business decisions, ensure compliance with laws and regulations, uphold Citi’s reputation and assets, escalate and report control issues with transparency.
Qualifications

As a successful candidate, you would ideally have the following skills and exposure:

  • 5-8 years of experience
  • Knowledge of marketing, credit, acquisitions, product development and/or analytics
  • Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
Education
  • Bachelor\'s/University degree or equivalent experience
