Job summary

Jabil Circuit Sdn Bhd in Penang is seeking a Line Supervisor (Open to Fresh Graduates) to coordinate with the Line Manager, organize line workload, and manage staffing based on product priority. You will minimize excess material on the floor, ensure proper storage of supplies, take prompt action on employee concerns, and motivate the team to reach peak performance through timely feedback.

• SMT & PCBA experience required.
• Able to stand with pressure & work on flexible shift arrangement.

• Coordinate with Line Manager and organize line workload and staffing depending on product priority.
• Minimize excess material on floor; ensure proper storage and availability of operation supplies and equipment.
• Take immediate action on employee problems, concerns, and recommendations.
• Develop, motivate, and challenge all line members to perform to their full potential through direct and timely feedback.
• Administer Jabil policies fairly and consistently, while remaining flexible in accommodation of deviations from policy depending on individual circumstances.
• Monitor product movement to ensure that daily and weekly ship schedules are achieved.
• Ensure control charts and checklists are properly filled out at the required intervals.
