Responsibilities

• Review shipment dashboards per shift.
• Update Gantt charts, recovery plans, and other relevant documents.
• Set and follow up on Kanban at each production station.
• Monitor and highlight abnormalities impacting real-time output.
• Oversee and coordinate WIP and daily production output.
• Monitor and address overdue waiting time lots; assist in achieving production targets.
• Manage high WIP levels and make appropriate judgments to reduce WIP.

Your Responsibilities
