Lumino Design Consultants Sdn Bhd is seeking a Draughtsman to create lighting layouts using CAD, including RCP, FLP, elevations and sections per the design brief.

The role involves reviewing drawings for accuracy, updating drawings with revisions, assisting Designers with schedules, and visiting sites to understand conditions before finalizing layouts. The position also requires organizing project files and coordinating with the design team to meet milestones.

Qualifications

• Experience drafting in CAD for lighting layouts.
• Ability to review and verify drawings before client submission.
• Willingness to visit sites with project team.

Responsabilités

• Draft lighting layouts (RCP, FLP, elevations, sections) from Design Manager/Designer guidance.
• Review legends, scaling, lamp wattage, layout accuracy before finalDesigner review.
• Incorporate revisions from ID/Architect/owner and record changes.
• Assist Designer with control schedules, bills of quantities, cut-sheets and transmittals.
• Maintain project files server-side, organize drawings and retire unneeded ones.
• Coordinate with Design Manager/Directors/Office Manager to deliver electronic copies to clients and consultants.
• Print final copies (A1/A3) for office reference and ensure proper binding and hanging of drawings.
• Join site visits to understand site conditions affecting lighting layouts.
• This role offers a path to Junior/Senior Designer as skills grow.
