PA Recruitment (KL) Sdn Bhd in Penang is seeking a Product Consultant / Retail Sales Advisor to welcome walk-in customers, deliver product demonstrations, and tailor recommendations to shoppers in a modern showroom.

You will drive sales toward store KPIs, maintain visual merchandising, and support promotional campaigns, with training provided and opportunities for career growth.

Fresh graduates are welcome; English and Bahasa Malaysia fluency required; weekends and public holiday shifts apply.

Qualifications

• SPM, Diploma, or Degree in any field.
• Fresh graduates and enthusiastic individuals with strong communication skills.
• Confident, well-groomed, presentable, and customer oriented.
• Willing to work rotating retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays (5-day work week / rotating off days).
• Spoken proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin fluency is a plus for tourist/retail demographics).

Responsabilités

• Welcome and engage walk-in visitors warmly to understand their needs and preferences.
• Deliver interactive product demonstrations highlighting key benefits and lifestyle value.
• Guide customers through their selection and purchase journey to meet individual and store sales KPIs.
• Maintain visual merchandising, store tidiness, and support in-store promotional campaigns and workshops.
• Follow up with customer inquiries and provide attentive after-sales service.
