Responsibilities:

• Maintain professional standard in grooming and customer service.
• Build and maintain professional relationship with existing and new clients.
• Professionally represent the company to the public.
• Carry out beauty treatments with care and follow company's standard.
• Equipped with knowledge about the variety of spa services in the market ranging from body treatments, facials, massages, waxing, and manicure/pedicure.
• Promote and sell products suitable for client's needs.
• Give excellent and personalised customer service while handling treatments and consultations.
• Determine and knowledgeable on any promotion/product launches or any new happening.
• Maintain hygiene and equipment and sample inventory of products.
• Acknowledge and respond to customer enquiries, needs, and expectations.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Spa Manager.
• Strong administrative and organization skills
