Responsibilities
- Have hands-on working experience in DXC/CSC platforms of applications within Life Insurance domain OR IntegralGroup domain is a must
- Ability to write programs using COBOL/COBOL, SMART400, SQL is a must
- Ability to understand user requirement and provide business solutions is a plus
- Good understanding of all life insurance module (New business/claims/Policy admin) is a must
- Liaison person with vendors to discuss business requirement and develop functional specifications
- Ability to translate functional specifications to technical specifications is a must
- Have good understanding of system integrations surrounding core applications is a must
- Ability to engage technical vendors and business users to provide good quality deliverables is expected
- Perform Level 2 troubleshooting of application issues and engage vendors for Level 3 support
- Experience in supporting night batch support is a must
- Experience in launching products is a plus
- Experience in Agile, Scrum is a plus and encouraged

Candidate Qualifications
- Essential Business Experience and Technical Skills:
- Having strong troubleshooting skills/knowledge on the reported system issue
- Ability to support new system support independently
- Having good COBOL, AS400, SMART400, IBM iSeries and DB skills is a plus, SQL/MYSQL
- Ability to take up additional support and maneuver within enterprise application is a plus
- Experience in supporting core applications using DXC/CSC platforms
