Job summary

Veeam is seeking a Specialist II in Order Processing to manage customer purchase orders and license administration using Salesforce. You will ensure accurate data, audit pricing, and maintain strong partner relationships while updating CRM records.

You will collaborate with sales, renewals, and support teams to drive timely fulfillment and contribute to process improvements in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in order processing, accounting, or customer services.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, and related MS Office tools.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com preferred.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill orders from distributors and partners.
• Update and maintain Salesforce CRM.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external channels to resolve issues quickly.
• Validate order information against current rules and policies.
• Audit pricing, part numbers, and purchasing policies.
• Generate licensing keys and distribute to customers for fulfillment confirmation.
• Build licensing contracts in Salesforce and develop renewal opportunities.
• Keep CRM records updated for all orders.
• Communicate issue status clearly to partners with guidelines.
• Stay informed about product/license changes and updates.
• Collaborate with sales, renewals, deal desk, helpdesk, and backend teams on joint projects.
• Attend team meetings and contribute to process improvements.
