A leading company in IT solutions seeks a seasoned sales professional with over 10 years of experience to drive sales strategies within Kuala Lumpur. You will manage relationships across enterprise accounts, craft effective business plans, and engage in the sales cycle to maximize profitability. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with C-level executives and shape business outcomes in a dynamic market.
Annual Revenue - Achieve or exceed quota targets from ERP Sales.
Sales Strategies - Develop effective and specific account plans to ensure revenue target delivery. Build relationships with new and existing customers and leverage these relationships to drive strategy within the organization.
Territory and Account Leadership - Lead designated territory, including managing accounts, account relationships, prospect profiling, and sales cycles.
Business Planning - Develop and deliver comprehensive business plans to address customer and prospect priorities and pain points.
Sales Objectives - Sell products and services to an assigned geographic or national account base, including industries such as Construction & Engineering, Healthcare, Retail, etc., to achieve set objectives.
Demand Generation, Pipeline, and Opportunity Management - Follow a disciplined approach to maintaining a current and progressing pipeline. Advance and close sales opportunities through effective execution of sales strategies and roadmaps.
Competitive Positioning - Understand the competition and position solutions effectively against them.
CRM Management - Maintain accurate customer and pipeline information in the CRM system.
Stakeholder Collaboration - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including managing CXO/CIO level discussions.
