Job description

Annual Revenue - Achieve or exceed quota targets from ERP Sales.

Sales Strategies - Develop effective and specific account plans to ensure revenue target delivery. Build relationships with new and existing customers and leverage these relationships to drive strategy within the organization.

Territory and Account Leadership - Lead designated territory, including managing accounts, account relationships, prospect profiling, and sales cycles.

Business Planning - Develop and deliver comprehensive business plans to address customer and prospect priorities and pain points.

Sales Objectives - Sell products and services to an assigned geographic or national account base, including industries such as Construction & Engineering, Healthcare, Retail, etc., to achieve set objectives.

Demand Generation, Pipeline, and Opportunity Management - Follow a disciplined approach to maintaining a current and progressing pipeline. Advance and close sales opportunities through effective execution of sales strategies and roadmaps.

Competitive Positioning - Understand the competition and position solutions effectively against them.

CRM Management - Maintain accurate customer and pipeline information in the CRM system.

Stakeholder Collaboration - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including managing CXO/CIO level discussions.

Experience & Language Requirements -

  • 10+ years of experience in sales of complex business software or IT solutions.
  • Proven track record in business application software sales.
  • Experience engaging in the full sales cycle with large enterprise accounts, system integrators, and consultants.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities -

  • Maximize sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within an assigned territory, which may include geographic, product, industry, and other market segments.
  • Sell directly or via partners; manage accounts throughout the sales process.
  • Utilize inbound and outbound techniques to identify, qualify, and close new opportunities.
  • Develop solutions proposals considering all aspects of Oracle's offerings and competitive issues.
  • Travel to customer sites to identify and develop sales opportunities.
  • Present and sell value propositions, negotiate, and close strategic and complex deals, including onsite presentations with C-level executives.
  • Manage customer relationships, identify new opportunities, and maximize sales.
