Job description

Overview:

Handling authority compliance, payment control & monitoring, consultant performance on authority and fulfill project needs.

Job Responsibilities:

  • To manage the project authority payment requirements,
  • Manage CCC completion schedule
  • Manage meeting minutes and follow up action to head
  • Manage permitting clerical work not limited to permitting letter/service requests/progress payment
  • To handle permitting door-to-door authority’s submission and other permitting administrative work.
  • To manage authority compliance and alignment for approval with strong negotiation skills, manage authority application and inspection readiness, responsible to manage and monitor PSP submission readiness and overall performance.
  • To manage all authority consultant deliverable and performance, to be responsible to provide all handover supports and On-Time participation of authority as per plant CSU arrangement
  • Manage any compliance issue and mitigate with diligence, control and monitor each coordination with authority as per project schedule. Not limited to CCC but overall permitting schedule.

Job Requirements:

  • Min 5 years of working experience in the related field / background
  • Min Diploma / Degree in Engineering or equivalent
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Determined and results-oriented
  • Strong negotiation / authority management skills.
