Job title: Level 3 Network Engineer
Location: Malaysia

As a Level 3 Network Engineer, you’ll contribute to JM’s mission as a world leader in sustainable technology, transforming energy and reducing carbon emissions for a cleaner, brighter future.

The role:
As a Level 3 Network Engineer, you will help drive our goals by:

1. Support and maintain network (LAN, WAN) including upgrading hardware, installing software and monitoring performance.
2. Support and maintain critical data centre networks.
3. Support and maintain network security systems including firewalls and network access control.
4. Support project work as an SME for network services.
5. Collaborate with architecture teams on the design of network services for offices around the world.
6. As part of a team, participate in 3rd line incident troubleshooting and resolution.
7. As part of a team, participate in 3rd line service request fulfilment.

Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:

1. Cisco CCNA & CCNP Routing & Switching qualifications.
2. Experience configuring & administering cloud network infrastructure (Azure & AWS).
3. Experience with SolarWinds Network Performance Monitor.
4. Experience of maintaining and configuring complex LANs for multi-national organisations.
