Job Responsibilities :
  • Assist the Head of Department with all legal matters related to Razer Fintech and its entities in Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Thailand, and other countries as part of expansion plans.
  • Manage contractual matters for Razer Fintech's online and offline businesses across various countries.
  • Develop and draft templates for new business models of Razer Fintech.
  • Implement, update, and enforce legal policies and contract templates for internal stakeholders and business teams.
  • Draft, review, amend, and vary contracts including merchant, payment, vendor agreements, NDAs, and specific contractual terms across all countries.
  • Support drafting, reviewing, and amending contracts for joint ventures, strategic alliances, mergers, and acquisitions, including legal due diligence.
  • Advise business units on legal compliance, regulations, potential risks, and legal exposures in transactions and contracts.
Pre-Requisites :
  • Degree in Law from an established university.
  • At least 2 years of legal experience, in-house or legal practice; experience in e-commerce or fintech is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and committed to the role.
