Draft, review, and revise a wide range of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, letters, and internal documentation, to ensure legal accuracy and compliance.

Assess the compliance of internal policies, regulations, and major business decisions; identify potential legal risks and provide practical recommendations for improvement.

Deliver timely and accurate legal advice and support to various business units on operational and strategic matters.

Liaise with external legal counsel to manage specialized legal issues, including litigation, arbitration, and regulatory matters.

Support the resolution of company legal issues such as contract disputes, and actively participate in negotiation, mediation, and litigation preparation processes.

Develop and conduct legal training programs to enhance employees’ awareness and understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
