Job description
Responsibilities

Prepare and format legal documents, including correspondence, pleadings, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal requirements.

Manage and maintain client files, both physical and electronic, ensuring proper organization, security, and accessibility.

Communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, and court personnel, providing information and assistance as needed.

Maintain attorneys' calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, ensuring efficient time management.

Assist in the preparation of legal filings, including e-filing and serving documents to opposing counsel and courts.

Conduct legal research and gather relevant information to support attorneys in case preparation.

Draft routine correspondence and legal documents under the direction of attorneys.

Perform general office administrative tasks, such as answering phones, managing mail, and ordering supplies.

Requirements
  • Possess a minimum of Secondary/SPM/'O' Level certification or equivalent.
