Responsibilities
- Prepare and format legal documents, including correspondence, pleadings, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal requirements.
- Manage and maintain client files, both physical and electronic, ensuring proper organization, security, and accessibility.
- Communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, and court personnel, providing information and assistance as needed.
- Maintain attorneys' calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, ensuring efficient time management.
- Assist in the preparation of legal filings, including e-filing and serving documents to opposing counsel and courts.
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information to support attorneys in case preparation.
- Draft routine correspondence and legal documents under the direction of attorneys.
- Perform general office administrative tasks, such as answering phones, managing mail, and ordering supplies.
Qualifications
- Possess a minimum of Secondary/SPM/\'O\' Level certification or equivalent.
- Open to fresh graduates seeking an entry-level position in the legal field.
- Proficient in preparing legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent client communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
