We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Legal Operations Administrator to join our legal team. In this role, you will support the operational efficiency of the legal function by managing legal processes, tools, and workflows. You will play a key part in maintaining our contracts repository, optimizing systems, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and helping the legal department operate in a streamlined and scalable way.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and passionate about building structure and efficiency within legal operations.


Responsibilities
  • Support the Company Secretary and the Legal Team in the overall strategic planning and operations of the Legal function.
  • Organizing, maintaining, and tracking contracts in repositories; may assist with contract review workflows.
  • Managing legal platforms ( tools like Spotdraft, DocuSign, etc.), supporting document automation, and assisting with legal spend management.
  • Supporting the management of legal entities across jurisdictions, ensuring records are up to date and compliant
  • Coordinate and collaborate with directors, auditors, regulators, and cross-functional teams—including Compliance, Product, Partnerships, and Finance—to meet governance obligations and drive continuous improvements in legal operations.
  • Foster efficient and effective working relationships across the organization to support strategic and regulatory initiatives.
  • Monitor, measure and communicate the progress of projects and legal workstreams.
  • Streamlining workflows, implementing SOPs, and identifying areas for efficiency improvements in legal service delivery.
  • Creating dashboards or reports related to contract status, legal spend, or matter tracking.
  • Assisting with invoice processing, legal budget tracking, and liaising with external counsel or vendors.
  • Scheduling, file management, internal comms, and recordkeeping for the legal team.
  • Support and implement legal processes and guidelines.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc assignments as may be assigned.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience with operational or project management
  • Experience in an in-house legal environment and/or law firm will be a huge plus
  • Self-directed, with proven ability to drive projects to successful outcomes
  • Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well with legal professionals, cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and a culturally diverse team
  • Excellent organisational skills, demonstrable ownership and accountability to manage projects
