Une entreprise dynamique spécialisée dans la technologie recherche un juriste pour gérer divers documents et questions légales. Le candidat idéal possédera un diplôme en droit, une expérience en industrie manufacturière, et des compétences en droit des entreprises et propriété intellectuelle. Vous serez chargé de veiller à la conformité légale, de gérer des disputes et de fournir des formations au personnel pour renforcer la sensibilisation juridique au sein de l'entreprise.
Draft, review, and manage various commercial and legal documents, including Services Agreements, Supply Agreements, Equipment Purchase Agreements, Construction Contracts, and other business-related contracts.
Plan, execute, review, and improve legal processes and procedures.
Monitor changes and updates to relevant laws and regulatory issues that may impact the business.
Provide support on legal matters arising from the day-to-day operations of the company, focusing on corporate, commercial, and compliance issues.
Act as a liaison with local and international regulatory bodies and maintain strong regulatory relationships.
Highlight, monitor, and address potential legal actions against the company, liaising with external solicitors on litigation, arbitration, and industrial relations disputes.
Monitor and manage all legal expenditures.
Assist with the filing and maintenance of patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets; monitor the market for potential infringements and coordinate enforcement or negotiation actions.
Conduct legal due diligence and risk assessments for new business projects and investments regularly.
Conduct legal and compliance training sessions for employees and develop materials to enhance legal awareness across departments.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Law.
Admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya or hold an equivalent Malaysian legal qualification.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a legal role; manufacturing industry experience preferred; familiar with Malaysian laws, regulations, and government approval procedures.
Proficient in Contract Law, Companies Act, Employment Law, Intellectual Property Law, Product Liability, and Environmental Law.
Proven experience handling cross-border agreements and a solid understanding of foreign investment regulations and approval processes in Malaysia.
Excellent legal research, analytical, drafting, and oral communication skills.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, capable of bridging legal and business needs in a complex manufacturing environment.
Detail-oriented and meticulous, with high professional ethics and confidentiality awareness; able to work under pressure and respond promptly to legal matters in a fast-paced setting.
Experience in dispute resolution, including arbitration and litigation, with the ability to manage external counsel and support legal proceedings when necessary.
