Your new role

• Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and advising commercial contracts.
• Providing legal expertise on relevant matters and applicable laws regarding all the Company's projects and initiatives.
• To keep updated with the latest developments in the legislation or regulatory environment, especially in the corporate, financial and fintech sectors.
• Supporting business needs by working closely with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the Company.
• Perform Ad-hoc tasks on top of leading the Legal Department.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's Degree in Law.
• Added bonus if admitted to the Malaysian Bar or equivalent.
• Corporate commercial drafting skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the financial sector.
• Understanding of operational and business processes.
• Excellent interpersonal relationship skills.
