To do legal drafting and contract review tasks in the day-to-day operations of the Companies.
To liaise with internal stakeholders and external parties as and when required.
To provide day-to-day administrative and house-keeping support to the Legal Department.
To perform ad hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Possess LLB and called to the Bar.
At least six (6) years of legal drafting and document reviewing experience, preferably three (3) years post-qualification experience in a law firm as part of a corporate team.
Good command of English, both orally and in writing.
Competent and has the ability to perform.
Independent and able to deliver quality work with minimal supervision.
Good common sense and able to exercise good judgment in every situation.
Detail-orientated and meticulous in his/her work.
Responsible and have professional attitude towards in-house work.
