Job summary

Teleport is seeking an Intern in Kuala Lumpur to assist the Legal team across research, document review, and contract administration. You will work under the Manager, Legal and gain exposure to corporate secretarial tasks and compliance activities.

The role requires an LLB or current law student, strong English communication, and the ability to work both independently and within a team. Proficiency with MS Office and basic legal research is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree holder or current student; relevant certifications are a plus.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team; good problem solving and organization.
• Analytical thinker with attention to detail and research proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research as assigned by Legal Counsels.
• Assist in document reviews, data extraction, data entry and migration.
• Support in signing and archiving legal documents and agreements.
• Maintain contract master and corporate tracking lists for Teleport entities.
• Support contract templates and governance documentation updates.
• Assist with audit-related document preparation and reporting.
