Under its massive expansion programme, we are currently looking for a diligent and experienced Legal Executive with the opportunity to develop a professional future career growth within the group to be based at Cyberjaya Office.

Responsibilities :

Provide Legal Support: Advise on corporate matters, compliance, and day-to-day legal issues, especially on matters relating to Companies Act 2016, Capital Markets and Services Act 2007 and Main Market Listing Requirements.

Manage Contracts: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts to minimize risks.

Ensure Compliance: Monitor laws and regulations to ensure the company complies with all requirements.

Handle Disputes: Assist with resolving legal issues and liaising with external parties when needed.

Collaborate with Teams: Work with internal teams, external lawyers, and regulatory bodies to address legal concerns.

Assess Risks: Identify potential legal risks and provide solutions to protect the company.

Maintain Records: Keep legal documents and records organized and updated.

Raise Awareness: Educate employees on company policies and relevant legal requirements.

Requirements :

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) or equivalent qualification.

Experience: 2 – 3 years of experience in corporate legal advisory, contract management, or a related legal role.

Legal Knowledge: Good understanding of corporate and commercial law, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Technology Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal research tools.

Attributes: Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work under tight deadlines and adaptable with a global mindset. Willingness and ability to travel locally or internationally as needed.
