About the Company

WIL Health Coordination Malaysia Sdn Bhd is a back-end customer service firm committed to maintaining the highest standards of compliance and ethical business practices. We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance & HR Officer to oversee contract management, HR policies, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Agreements & Legal Compliance
    • Draft, review, and manage employment contracts, vendor agreements, and service level agreements (SLAs).
    • Ensure all contracts comply with Malaysian labor laws, AU labor law, PDPA, and industry regulations.
    • Maintain an organized contract database and track renewal deadlines.
    • Advise management on legal risks in HR and business operations.
  • HR Policies & Employee Matters
    • Oversee employee onboarding/offboarding working with HR head, ensuring compliance with company policies.
    • Handle disciplinary actions, grievances, and workplace investigations.
    • Update HR policies, employee handbooks, and SOPs in line with labor laws.
    • Manage work permits & foreign worker compliance (if applicable).
  • Regulatory & Internal Compliance
    • Conduct internal audits and risk assessments on HR and operational processes.
    • Ensure adherence to anti-bribery (MACC Act), anti-harassment, and workplace safety laws.
    • Liaise with external regulators, auditors, and legal advisors when required.
    • Liaise with external parties for application of required certificates and accreditations.
  • Support HR and finance managers with administrative tasks if needed.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year working in a law firm.
  • Legal Knowledge: Familiarity with Malaysian employment law, PDPA, and industry regulations.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
