Job Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing and revising various contracts independently.

• Identifying and analyzing legal issues, proposing solutions within minimal guidance.

• Supporting compliance with statutory requirements for both local and branch companies.

• Assisting in implementing corporate governance and compliance policies.

• Providing basic training sessions and disseminating compliance information to employees.

• Working closely with legal teams in HQ and Regional office to ensure legal standards are met.

• Keep management informed about legislative and regulatory changes.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Law with minimum 4 years post qualification experience in the corporate legal work at a law firm or similar industry.

• Familiarity with contracts related to various trading businesses

• Working experience in export/ import/ offshore is preferable
