Draft, review, and manage contracts (e.g., service agreements, vendor contracts, employment letters, NDAs).

Ensure compliance with healthcare-related legislation (e.g., Private Healthcare Facilities and Services Act, PDPA).

Advise departments on legal rights, obligations, and risk exposure.

Liaise with external legal counsel when necessary.

Support in managing disputes, legal claims, and litigation matters.

Monitor regulatory changes and assist with policy updates.

Assist in internal investigations and audits.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B) or equivalent.

Minimum 2–5 years experience in legal practice or in-house legal role (healthcare or corporate background preferred).

Familiarity with Malaysian healthcare law and regulations.

Strong written and verbal communication skills (Bahasa Malaysia & English).
