Your New Role

As part of the legal team, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Providing timely, accurate, and effective legal support for operational, business, product development, administrative, policy, planning, and implementation needs.
2. Reviewing and drafting legal documents for Transaction and Corporate Banking.
3. Providing legal advice, support, and guidance to Business Units on legal matters.
4. Monitoring litigation cases involving Transaction Banking.

What you’ll need to succeed

To ensure your success within this role, you will possess:

1. A Bachelor of Laws (LL.B)
2. Minimum 5 years’ experience
3. Banking/Financial Industry experience (Transaction/Corporate Banking)
4. A robust personality
