Your New Role

As part of the legal team, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Provide timely, accurate, and effective legal support for their operational, business, product development, administrative, policy, planning, and implementation needs.
• Review and draft legal documents for Transaction and Corporate Banking
• Provide legal advice, support and guidance to Business Units on legal matters
• Monitor litigation cases involving Transaction Banking

What you’ll need to succeed

To ensure your success within this role, you will possess:

• LL. B
• Min 5 years’ experience
• Banking/FI Experience (Transaction/Corporate Banking)
• Robust personality
