  Lead comprehensive legal risk assessments for the international commercialization of technology solutions, providing actionable, market-aligned advice.
• 
  
  Draft, negotiate, and structure key legal agreements, including product, sales, and strategic partnership contracts.
• 
  
  Develop and enhance standardized agreement templates to improve efficiency and consistency across product offerings.
• 
  
  Collaborate with compliance, data privacy, and AML teams to implement effective risk mitigation measures.
• 
  
  Partner with internal control, finance, and product teams to design and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• 
  
  Monitor market trends and industry practices to advise on risk tolerance and deliver strategic legal guidance.

The Successful Applicant

• 
  
  A Bachelor's degree or higher in Law and/or legal education from a common law jurisdiction (such as the UK, US, or Australia) is highly preferred.
• 
  
  Additional academic background in computer science or related technical disciplines is a strong advantage.
• 
  
  Ability to communicate effectively, negotiate, and draft legal documents in both languages.
• 
  
  At least four years of relevant legal experience, ideally gained from top-tier law firms or reputable technology or internet companies.
• 
  
  Solid understanding of legal matters related to emerging technologies, including SaaS solutions, software implementation, intellectual property, and open-source licensing.
• 
  
  Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional collaboration.
