Job Purpose >
Provide expert legal advice to all departments, ensuring organizational compliance and risk mitigation. The role covers drafting and reviewing legal documents, managing legal administration, and advising on a wide range of business activities, including contracts, procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, 3PL, and principal-related matters.

< Job Duties & Responsibilities >
- Provide legal and compliance advisory support to management and all departments on matters affecting the company's operations in Malaysia.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a range of legal documents including commercial contracts, vendor agreements, and purchase orders, ensuring alignment with local laws and corporate policies.
- Oversee compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including the management of regulatory filings, business licensing, and external audits, in accordance with Malaysian legal standards as well as global corporate compliance frameworks.
- Conduct internal training sessions to raise awareness and build capacity on relevant legal, regulatory, and compliance issues across departments.
- Support corporate secretarial functions, including preparation and maintenance of statutory records and assistance in Board and shareholder meetings where necessary.
- Identify and mitigate legal risks, and provide strategic legal support during disputes, investigations, or crisis situations, ensuring timely resolution and compliance with applicable regulations.
